Definitions:

  • Federal Poverty Guidelines are established annually by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
  • Self-sufficiency standard is the amount of income needed for a household to sustain itself without public or private assistance.

  • Columbus Metropolitan Statistical Area is determined by the U.S. Census Bureau and includes Delaware, Fairfield, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Morrow, Pickaway, and Union counties.
