Income and Employment Indicators

The Income and Employment Indicators profile both income and employment from the perspectives of individuals, families, and the community. Included is an indicator that describes the components of a basic family budget and the numbers of families with insufficient income to meet this budget. Other indicators profile household income and poverty in central Ohio. The employment indicators examine the community’s job and employment profile and the geographic and industry patterns of employment growth. Data on the community’s workforce include labor force participation and unemployment.
